Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Jan Simmer, Reclaim Skateboards, Tönisstr. 45, 40599 Düsseldorf.

By placing the products in the online shop, we are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.

You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you click the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The prices shown in this shop are final prices plus shipping costs.

In the sense of § 19 UStG no sales tax is charged and therefore not shown.

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in the context of your order, which are not paid by us or billed by us, but by you directly to the responsible customs authorities - or to the tax authorities.

In addition to the stated product prices, there are also shipping costs.

The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and during the ordering process.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

You can only collect the goods yourself by prior arrangement.

5. Delivery

The delivery takes place in Germany, the EU and worldwide with DHL.

The delivery time within Germany is 2-5 working days.

We will point out any deviating delivery times in the order process.

The delivery times outside of Germany are communicated in the course of the ordering process before the order is completed in the sub-item "Delivery".

6. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card
Enter your credit card details in the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after you have placed your order.

SEPA direct debit
By submitting the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account debit at least one bank business day in advance (so-called prenotification). A bank business day is every working day with the exception of Saturdays, national public holidays and December 24th and 31st of each year. The account is debited before the goods are dispatched.

PayPal
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal and identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear declaration to us (Jan Simmer, Tönisstr. 45, 40599 Düsseldorf, Germany, Jan.Simmer@gmail.com, telephone: 015752371025) (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
